I had a horrible day yesterday. It started out well but ended in a massive wreck. This morning I finally decided to face my nemesis...the scales. The scale was not my friend. I must go into overdrive today to undo the damage of the last 4-6 weeks.
Today's plan:
B-Coffee now and eggs later
L-some type of meat
D-Salad
Water-at least 32 ounces

Trying to just hold steady with all that is going on and leaving Friday night for an awesometacular time with my peeps. I do need to get focused again but the weight is holding steady.

I did better yesterday-not perfect but better. I started with a protein shake, lunch was a 1/2 of a grilled porkchop and applesauce. Dinner was pot roast with a dab of mashed potatoes. I did have a few "milk duds" and a little trash mix for snacks. I didn't weigh this morning cuz I was too cold to take off my jammies and NEVER weigh with clothes on, lol.
Plan for today
Breakfast: bagel with peanut butter
Lunch: 1/2 grilled porkchop, applesauce
Dinner: leftover pot roast.

Here is my plan for the day:
Protein shake
Egg beaters with spinach, mushrooms, ham, peppers and tomatoes
Salmon burger and Greek cucumber salad
Cottage cheese with salsa
Chicken egg rolls
Honey crisp apple
For the in between real hunger (if there is any) I've got my turkey pastrami & cheese roll ups, power crunch bars, and coffee.

Yesterday was a good day, until after dinner last night. I had a samll pice of banana/blueberry pie. I did get in all my protein, water and vitamins and walked. Logged all my food.
Today I have planned.
