Great job yesterday Becky...you got the ball rollin' well for our Pre-Thanksgiving count down.

I ate what I wanted, but it wasn't too bad...stuck to my liquids all morning Sat. and Sun.  I did eat wedding shower cake yesterday and had a cup of punch.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee almost downed
chef salad for lunch...I haven't had one in 2 weeks and am craving one!
Baked tilapia for dinner w/ cauliflower
What's your plan?

Good morning! Yesterday went fairly well..a couple of tootsie roll pops attacked me..not sure how THAT happened..otherwise stuck to protein, non-refined carbs and lots of water (not never get as much water on weekends as I get during the week-gotta work on that)

Today's plan:

B: Protein coffee

S: Apple with cheese, protein shake

L: Roast with green beans

S: Apple with PB, protein pudding

D: Baked chicken with green beans

S: Optional-hope won't need anything else!

Vitamins bagged up-ready to head out...

Hello Karla & NBN crew!

I am attempting to reduce my carb intake this week by only having one very small carb heavy meal.  WIsh me luck.

B-Coffee for now and eggs later
L-Beef stew
D-IDK yet probably a small salad

Good morning all!  Ok I have a plan for the day, woohoo!

Protein Shake
Egg beaters with ham and veggies
Cheesy Chicken Enchilada soup with extra chicken
Cottage cheese with salsa
Tilapia and Greek Style Cucumber Salad
Honeycrisp apple with splenda & cinnamon

My in between options if I'm hungry will be my coffee first, then some turkey pastrami if I'm truly hungry.  Getting ready to load it all up in Fit Day while I'm taking the last of my morning vitamins. 

Karla - How do you bake your tilapia?  I'm always up for new suggestions.

Um...uh...actually what I'm baking tonight is from Schwan's...tortilla encrusted tilapia...it's just got the crunched up tortilla and spices on the top side and you just throw it in the oven for 20 minutes or so.  I'm not the best baked fish seasoner otherwise...I prefer it grilled w/ lemon and pepper and salt and maybe garlic on it.  Ben's done it with oriental type sauce before...you can usually find some ideas on the internet.

morning NBNers,

cooked and planned for the week so I should do okay. But being in training all week with a screwed up lunch and break schedule, I am not sure how it's gonna work.

I'm on the high side once again but I deserve it with my eating. I do hope to focus on this more and less on everything else

Good morning NBN!!!!!  Can't believe November is already here!!!!   I was naughty yesterday and snacked on way too much candy... so it's all going to work with me except for what the kids stashed away for themselves.   Too much temptation to have in the house!!!

Going to the doc this morning for a blood pressure check.  I'm hoping to get my meds decreased since that hasn't been done yet.....   can't imagine that I still need the same dose I had at 300lbs!!!!!

hot tea
steak
water
some kind of salad with meat or another egg with toast
cl tea
mac n cheese cassorole and salad
protien shake

doing ok so far :)

edit to add - weight still 212 so I think I really did put on those 2 pounds - will work on getting them off this week

Breakfast - Chewy Chocolate Chip PURE Protein Bar
Snack - Banana Walnut Bread (damn Starbucks!)
Lunch - 1/2 PBJ Sandwich on Sara Lee 45 Calorie Whole Grain Bread
Dinner - Meatloaf and Ranch Style Beans with a bite of mashed potatoes

Liquid - not nearly enough

Starting weight as of 11/2  146.6

I'm going to have to mind my P's and Q's with our cruise coming up.  I know I cannot say no to sweets.  Kroger Sugar Cookies are evil --- I told King to hide them before he went to work the other day, believe me when I say he's not a very good hider!

Hi everyone,

I am one of the ones that lurks everyday and my actions sure show it.  I am up the 8 lbs that everyone on here has lost.  Its been 2 years and 1 month since my surgery and feel like I am getting back to old habits.  I am a true testimony, that support helps.  Without it this is a difficult journey, thinking you know it all and can do it all by oneself.  LOL  No way.  I need you all.

I am making a plan and sticking to it.  One day at a time and so far this day is good.

b  protein br  (maybe not the best choice but it is what i had)
snack  pure protein shake in can
lunch  campbells light soup whole can
dinner  salad and soup(homemade vegetable)
vitamins in and doing water.

Everyone on here is going great.  Gina, congrats on your 8 lbd loss. Danni as much as you excercise you will get off those 2 lbs.  Debbie, well what can I say.  You are truly awe inspiring.

Thanks all of you for keeping the positivie attitudes.  It is so very, very helpful even to us lurkers.
I am making a vow now to post more, update my ticker and post a picture.
A BIG THANKS for doing the all that you all do.  Even when you don't know your doing it.
