Nuthin but Nutrition November - Sunday day 1
There are only 25 days till pig out day!!!! Oh, wait, we don't do that anymore, do we?
Today is day 1 of nuthin but nutrition to keep our bodies in the best position ever to avoid the dangers ahead of us in the next 8 weeks or so.
I sure hope we have more on board to keep us all accountable and the support is so very important.
So what is your plan for today ? Are you ready for the week? Fess up, how much candy is there in your house now?
Emm came home with a bagful of good stuff! I had my very first fun size Heath bars last night = heaven on earth but i think I can keep them away. Thank goodness she didn't bring home a baked potato!
I have chicken breasts ready to bake this afternoon. Some ground beef as well. I did splurge on some decent ham and turkey and cheese for lunches this week. Being in training, i'm not sure what time I will have. Will make a 'sandwich' with my whole wheat sandwich thins.. they work very well.
I need so much more water. The inability to breathe makes it very difficult but I know it will help me.
Okay I am babbling.. Hope someone else posts. What's your plan?

I have a ton of candy in the house so I will be taking our extra candy and what the kids don't want of theirs to work tomorrow... the temptation is just too great to keep it in the house!!!!!
Not sure what my plan is for today but I think I'm going to fix some soup today and then make a trip to Costco and Sams.

I stayed off the scale as much as I could during Obedient October. I didn't post like I should have, but I LURKED really well and learned SO much!!! Plus....drum roll please...I LOST the 8 pounds I had FOUND during September....now....on to November...
Unfortunately, we did not have very many kiddos come by last night, so there's alot of candy left. I was SMART, though- I bought yucky stuff -like red twizzlers, that I don't care about-no candy corn or chocolate!!!
Have had protein coffee this morning and some fiber oatmeal. Planning roast for lunch and supper with protein shakes/protein pudding in between. I will continue to avoid refined carbs as often as possible, but will include greens and fruits, because my body needs a balance to be healthy.
I have to keep reminding myself...this is a LIFESTYLE....not a DIET !!!
