Good Morning Mari,

I am scared to get on the scales.  I hope to undo some of the damage this week and I will hopefully resume the Monday a.m. weigh ins next week.

This week has not resulted in much either way... I gained .2 lbs but at times this week my weight would go down 3 lbs and back up 2 lbs.  I am sick of this up and down crap.
I did find some better protein shakes at Costco.  Each one has 30 grams of protein instead of the 16 grams I was getting for my shakes.  They are called Premier Nutrition and have 160 calories per shake, 30 grams of protein, 1 gram sugar, and they taste good.  But, I have only found them in Chocolate so far.  I like them anyway.

Been there and have done it...we all have, it's one of those things that happens when you are a few months out.  Believe me, the first 6-9 months are a lot easier to lose in than what comes after.  You don't have to try too awfully hard to get the lbs to just fall off.  The thing is...you have to keep your head and do just what you are doing.  Just don't expect the weight to fall off as easily or quickly during the next 6 months as they did the first 6 months. That's all I have done during the last 6 months, up and down, up and down...it's a process.  Just hang in there and keep doing what you are doing. The final goal is definitely worth it!

Hugs, Mare
