I am the contact for the SOHO group and we meet at Starbucks on Bay Area Blvd accross from Baybook Mall. We meet the fourth Sat at 9:30am.

For online support, we'd love to have you post on the "Nuthing but Nutrition in November" thread. It's just a few of us that NEED to get re-motivated to get back to basics. I promise we're nice and we won't flame you if you slip up, after all that's what got us here in the first place.

Each morning someone (usually Karla) posts a thread that says "Nothing but Nutrition in November" (or something similar-see today's thread posted by Becky) and each of us posts what our plan for the day is. There is no set protocol as to HOW or WHAT to post. Some do their "plan" for that day and some post what they ate the day before. A lot of times at night we come back and post our "food log" which details calories, fats, carbs, protein etc. The cool thing is there is no right or wrong-it's just a thread to keep us accountable. Also by reading what other people eat, it gives us ideas. Welcome aboard!!
