counting down
I know everyone counts down to their surgery date, I may be a little antsy and be counting down too far away.......but I'm just so excited
4 1/2 weeks....woohoo
I have of course been reading more about what to bring to the hospital and I think my hubby's bag is bigger than mine.
I'm so worried about him coming to the hospital, he doesn't have a spleen, I told him he had to wear a mask the whole time we are there.....
I have packed him two hand held computer type card games, all his toiletries, we even went out and bought a Laptop so he can keep everyone updated on OH and face book......he has been wanting one forever and I was just to frugal to get one.....but this is his early Christmas gift....I guess its better than what he got last year; a front loading washing machine......lol......i got the matching dryer
I go the day before thanksgiving to do my preop visits, cant wait to travel during the holidays...not.
On a wonderful note, my 21 y/o son Matthew went to Beeville, Tx to get into the academy for corrections Officer and he aced his test and interview, they told him he would get a letter around the 22nd of Nov. to report, well they called him yesterday and told him to download the letter from his email and report next Wednesday.......we are all so happy for him, he is there with some of my friends from Oklahoma, *****located last year....so he has "family"....God has really brought him outta "Egypt" and he really had a rough "exodus", but its now his time for "deliverance".
I ramble no more.....got to get ready to do the cub scout pumpkin carving...please have a blessed day and enjoy you families everyday.
