LOSE IT 4 LIFE SUPPORT GROUP TO MEET THIS SUNDAY!!!!

 Sunday is my monthly Obesity Help Support Group meeting.     The topic this month is about Thanksgiving and how to make it a success.    I have some special holiday recipes to share with everyone and some samples also to share.    We meet from 3:30 - 4:30 PM at Starbucks 1324 W. Pipeline Rd. in Hurst, Tx. 76053.    Please let me know if you plan to attend.   I get there about a hour early to try to save enough seats and I don't want anyone left out.    Hope to see you  there.

I am so disappointed I am going to miss the monthly support group meeting!  My only grandson turns  one this sunday and I am going to my daughters for his party.  I would really love to have the recipes if you wouldnt mind sending.  Thank you Vivian.

Hey....Missy that is OK....I know that things come up sometimes.   I posted the recipes just now on the TMB and on the RNY boards.    I hope that you enjoy them.    Make them with caution though.   I don't want you preparing and eating something too early and that isn't allowed for you yet.    Look forward to seeing you on saturday.
