Yesterday was a great eating day for me.  I stuck to my plan...yeah me!
Hope everyone else did well.  It helped not having 2 birthday cakes + 2 dz. cupcakes in front of my face, even though I controlled myself Monday in that regard and didn't eat too much!

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed
leftover hmb. patty and mushrooms for lunch
leftover chicken marsala for dinner
McD iced sf vanilla coffee or Atkins shake

What's your plan?

I foresee another cup of coffee in a few!

Protein shake
cereal if not oatmeal
banana for a snack
Lunch-salad with spicy ranch dressing
Dinner- to be announce LOL

Lots of liquids though for sure!

Still struggling with food, I need to plan and I just haven't.  I'll fly by the seat of my pants the rest of the week and the weekend as we'll be out of town but next week it is time to refocus.

Another weird eating day for me yesterday. Had eggs and pintos for breakfast.

Tried to eat some homemade chicken salad but it was too dry and I was starting to choke on it, so I couldn't do that.  Dinner was going to be chili, but it wasn't chili. Not sure what it was, but it wasn't good.  So I ended up with a piece of toast with peanut butter.

Today will be eggs.  toast and peanut butter and pintos.. not all together,but that's what is packed.

woke up this morning to find my breakfast and lunch sitting on the counter instead of in the frig and I had to start over.  OY. 

scale is the same.. double oy.

I apparently decided to celebrate your birthday yesterday.  One of my docs brought in gooey brownies and cookies so I HAD to sample them.  Didn't jump on the scale today cuz I don't want to know.  Actual meals I did fine with-lots of protein, good choices.  I'm telling you this snacking has to stop.  I wonder if limping burns more calories than regular walking?
