Okay...last few days of October flying by here...today plus 4 more to go!

Here's my plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed
Atkins protein shake
Chili w/ pintos and cheese for lunch
Leftover chicken marsala or Mexican cornbread w/ meat for dinner

What's your plan?

Good morning!!!!  Did great last night until I got home and then I ate like I hadn't eaten in weeks!!!!  URG!!!!  Anyway down another lb so I'm going to try things a bit differently today...

Morning,

Yesterday was a 'get by' day with leftovers. But I threw out the potato salad and froze the rolls.  Also cooked a crockpot full of pintos all night.  I will be adding them to my meals for several days. Even my eggs this morning with some salsa.  Lunch is the bbq chicken made into chicken salad. Tryin to stretch everything I can and not go to the grocery. I get carried away when i'm there. 

Scale was about what it should be but I want some off again before Thanksgiving and my doctors' appointments.  I can get focused and put some effort back into it. I know I feel better when I do.  I also made up 3 protein shakes to have daily and help with my protein needs.

Need to up the water a bit though.

Yesterday was a good day, but not great - way too much salt in my diet.   Made homemade chicken/dumplings last night for dinner which was good except for sodium.  Woke up feeling swollen.   Travel tomorrow for remainder of the week....

Today:
B-Oatmeal and mid-morning banana
L-Mexican, one corn tortilla/cheese enchilada with bean soup (high calories though)
S-Protein shake and workout
D-smoked chicken & salad
