Losing weight after you hit the 1 year mark
Wendy, I hit the 1 year mark and still had over 30 lbs to lose.
I'm now just over 2 years out and only have 2 lbs. remaining. My doctor was thrilled to see the amount of weight lost during my 2nd year as it was so good. Now, don't take me wrong; it's hard work and requires you to work the tool, but yes, you can continue to lose weight.
Ultimately, I'd like to lose another 10-15 additional lbs. so we'll see what happens. As of now, I'm still dropping a combination of lbs and inches during any given month. More inches than lbs these days, but a loss is a loss!

It took me almost 6 months to lose the last 20 pounds. I reached my goal at 14 months. So, no it's not over and yes a 2 month plateau is not unusual. It can be done. Just continue on your plan and make sure you include some exercise. You'll get there.
