Tuesday wls express
I am scary enough with one and I can see - can not even imiagine doing that - acessing public transportation, mesuring stuff, using computers and phones n stuff like that that we all do I totally get and think is great - just tripping on the idea of the power tools
I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail
I have ARD meetings today at the hs...can't work on stuff in between them (they're spread throughout day) because I spilled my protein drink (was trying out my CLICK sample from OH convention) on my work laptop yesterday. NOT GOOD...it died and I don't know if it will ever crank up again. It was a 7-8 yr. old IBM that was to be replaced this year anyway. Main problem is there is lots of stuff on it that I don't have anywhere else so I'm hoping someone can at least pull off my stuff. I'm sharing a co-workers laptop but she has meetings when I don't today!
Haircut after work, then home to do a little housework.

Okay so I totally blew my liquid diet… just not meant to be and I don’t go to the doctor until today. But I am down another pound!!! Hello 160's.... okay it's 169.8 but I'm claiming it!!!!!
Don’t know why I thought it was yesterday but at least I called before I drove all the way over there. Still a bit nervous about telling my boss I will be off for a few weeks… not going to tell her just yet. I’m such a chicken!!!

Well, it was 3 years ago today that I had my surgery.. WOW what a ride. So glad to know so many of you and even if I don't see you often, you are always in my thoughts and prayers. Hope you all have a better day than it appears to have started...
