Tuesday wls express

it's morning - hop on board, read and then share what is up with you - how many of our shy lurkers will post today? we would love to hear from you

today is tuesday  - tues gets to be a reg day - tomorrow is wed - the unit starts leaving on wed all to be gone by sunday - nope still no freaking CLUE what day MY husband leaves on - I  know what days lots of other peeps hubbys leave on does that count??

so today will be a regular day -need to hit the gym at some point if Rach is feeling better - she came home sick with a fever from daycare yesterday so can't go back till at least noon today 24 hours but really she still had a fever at 11 last ngiht so not at all today - might go if one of my gf will watch her - depends on how she is feeling when she gets up

I am so glad I am less emotional than I am sometimes or I might be crying - my scale was very very mean and ugly this morning and has me as up 4 pounds from yesterday - this is water - there is no other choice!! LOL so I will be chugging LOTS of water and going heavy on the protien today so tomorrow she will be nicer - I know sad huh LOL

prayers and positive thoughts to all that need them today - anyone heard anything from gaye? Jenny praying for wed to be a  homecoming day - hopefully Deb wll bring you your phone today if UPS doesn;'t get lost or anything

you know the drill everyone you had this surgery to be healthy - now act like a healthy responsible adult - take your vits, drink your water, eat right and get some movement in - remember healthy peeps don't spend all day sitting on their bums

OK OK OK!  I'm up, dadgummit!  Peekers and I are going to have to have a "talk" this evening.  We can't keep doing this!!!! Got my protein drink in, Vits are sitting next to me, am now tired and want to go back to bed but can't.  Am very surprised that the drink went down well, I had gotten to the point where I couldn't get them down for anything. This is sad, it's not even 4:30 and I am already babbling.  Gonna be a loooooooonnnnnnnnnggg day!!

I am finding that my taste buds are numb to the taste of protien shakes - icey cold or warm seem to be the only two things that matter - oh and NOT mixed with GA tap water - I am working on a bag of vanilla EAS  - 2 yrs ago I ended up throwing away a bag of same b/c I disliked it so much - weired - but I am weird anyhow LOL

Truthfully???  Understand about the protein powder stuff  -today was the first protein drink in MONTHS -- Was at the point where I couldn't even gag them down.  Today went smoothly, so may start them back up for the breakfasts. 

I understand abourt the water...water from tap is gross!  I use a Brita filter system that I keep in fridge. Helps. 

But may have to have serious caffeine this morning....damned cat!!!!!

I can drink the filtered water but have to use bottled water for my protien shakes - not sure what it is but even I can't gag them down with the water here - filtered or not

I'm up, don't want to be as I'm tired.  Work is STRESSFUL, it's driving me bonkers.  I ate Reeses yesterday like they were vitamins, ugh.  Why do I run for candy when I am stressed, oh yeah Emotional eating, stupid mind ugh.

It's raining here again, yesterday the roads were flooded and I came home with a headache.  I woke up with a headache, I'm tired of headaches. 

Ever want to just run way, I feel that way right now.  PMS has been chasing me everywhere, my female parts are the devil.  Just a few more weeks and HOPEFULLY things will calm down, I know recovery will take time but it can't be worse than this. 

Sorry to be a bummer this morning, the reason I'm staying away is I have such a negative attitude.
