I forgot to share something with all of you....GET IN HERE!

If you have read my post I went with my mom (who is looking at having a revision) a couple of weeks ago to visit Dr. RD.  I told my mom that while I was there I was climbing on that stupid scale to see where I was.  Mine was stuck (dont think it had ever seen a number that low!)....

Soooooo after my mom climbed on.....I got on that stinking scale.....are you ready for this...........

I HAVE LOST

100 LBS!

WOW!!! WOHOO!!!
 

It was one of the best moments ever. To climb on there and see it read 148 - I have never been this small....and I was just beyond words.  I got to tell Dr. R and his PA (which by the way I LOVE HER!).  I can't explain how happy I feel to finally be at a "normal" weight and feel good about myself.  I am proud of myself for working so hard to get here, and knowing what I have to do to loose that last 25lbs that I want to loose.  Just need to get back in my workout routine and eating very very clean.  :)

Thanks everyone for all of your support throughout the last 10 months.  I appreciate each and everyone of you!

WTG ! 100 lbs off woo hooo!! I have been tottering on the brink for too long. I joined a health club today and met with a trainer so I'm gonna get this stuff rolling back off...Keep it up you are worth it!
If we don’t put our efforts into creating what we want, then we have to put our efforts into coping with what we get!
