You know you are + one-year postop when you get excited when the single digits change (instead of the "decades" LOL). I will be in Arkansas next Monday so won't be checking in for 2 weeks....... I usually lose when we go up there because we do so much physical work and hiking. I might even hit my goal of 145 when I get back (now I've jinxed i****ch me gain LOL).
Hugs, Mari
Today is October 26, 2009
Height: 5' 7" tall
Highest weight: 339
Pre-Op Weight: 311
Last Week's Weight: 145
Today's Weight: 142
Total lost this week: -3
Total weight loss to date: -197
I've been trying to maintain at 145. I'm shocked I lost anything because an old flame came to visit me and we went out to eat for every meal. I'll be working to gain back those 3. I'm looking too thin in the face. If I could choose where I lost it (stomach and thighs), I'd try to lose another 10, but am happy at 145. That's my goal weight and I'm sticking to it.
