You know that it's always darkest before the dawn, so come on, join me in working to get back on track.  I am going to have to ponder (and plan for) the 5-day pouch test.  You're a strong woman Phyllis, we CAN do this!!!!!

Hugs, Mari

Last Week:  148.2
Today:  147.8

Weekly loss: 0.4
Total loss:  101 lbs

You know you are + one-year postop when you get excited when the single digits change (instead of the "decades" LOL).  I will be in Arkansas next Monday so won't be checking in for 2 weeks.......  I usually lose when we go up there because we do so much physical work and hiking.  I might even hit my goal of 145 when I get back (now I've jinxed i****ch me gain LOL).

Man, I would LOVE to run away to the woods (or anywhere), away from computers, bosses and CRACKberries!!!  Have fun up in the Yurt, slogging around in the boonies and performing the fun kind of slave labor!!!   I'll be anxious to see how much you lose during the next 2 weeks.  Tell your fam I said HI and y'all have a ball up there!!!

Hugs, Mari

Good for you, Mari!!  Here are my stats for the week....

Today is October 26, 2009
Height:  5' 7" tall

Highest weight: 339
Pre-Op Weight:  311
Last Week's Weight:  145
Today's Weight:  142
Total lost this week:  -3
Total weight loss to date:  -197

I've been trying to maintain at 145.  I'm shocked I lost anything because an old flame came to visit me and we went out to eat for every meal.  I'll be working to gain back those 3.  I'm looking too thin in the face.  If I could choose where I lost it (stomach and thighs), I'd try to lose another 10, but am happy at 145.  That's my goal weight and I'm sticking to it.

Stick to your guns girlie!!! I am trying so hard to stick to the program and lose 10 more pounds, but I know (like you) where I look the best, so I want to get there and stay there.  I know that sometimes that is hard to do without losing more than you want (unfortunately THAT isn't MY problem right now).  Last time I saw you, I thought you were looking really good and that was several months ago.  Good luck on maintaining and share your secrets with me, OK??

Hugs, Mari
