YAY!! I did something right this week...I have dropped those 1.2lbs I put back on and even lost a little more!!! That makes me just want to jump and down!! Woohoo Unfortunately Ms Peeks decided that she wanted to play at 4am and woke me up by running around like an idiot and talking a blue streak, so I am wide awake...gonna make for a LONG day! The week is on track to be a busy one, so I've got to hit the ground running.  Am looking forward to the upcoming weekend...my favorite holiday!!Costume  I just love Halloween!  I will be helping out at our local Quilt Store on Saturday, so I get to dress up and "scare" all the customers. So let's get this show on the road!!   OK, guys, the time has come!!!!  So jump on the "HAG" Scrawny 2  record those digitsWriting and let us know how you are doing...Losses or gains, all results welcome here.

That is great!! I haven't weighed in today yet myself.  I'm trying to figure out why I am up at 4:00 am myself.  It is going to be a long day but have a great one!  Good job on the weight loss!

Thanks Debbie...I seem to battle the loss at this stage (like everyone else at 15 months out or more) so I hope that I can sustain it.  It was a good week all around and I hope that this one will be like the last. I have my lunch ready for the day and now to just get ME ready!!!  Have a wonderful HOWLEEEN!!! Ghost Writer

Well the past of couple of days I have increased my protein and I lost this week... yay.  I have been on a stall for a couple of weeks and I was getting discouraged.  I finally took the bull by the horns and started doing what I was suppose to do.
Way to go Mari on your loss also.

Hugs all, DeborahL

You hit the nail right on the head - you have to do what you are supposed to do.  I know that I have been guilty of the same during the last 6-8 months, so that's why I haven't reached my goal yet, but things are getting better, so YAY!!!

Congrats on getting back on track and dropping again.

Hugs, Mari

I love the 5-day Pouch Test!!  Not while it was happening, mind you -- because it was not fun -- but now that it's over, it was worth every minute.  Not only did I lose SIX POUNDS (OMG OMG!!) but I feel recommitted to doing the right things and staying away from those destructive carbs and slider foods.

Thanks so much to Dana, Stephanie and Gina for coming through with the encouragement I needed to stick with it!  I owe you big time.

I am now within 5 pounds of my original goal and 10 pounds of a normal BMI.  Normal weight?  Me?  That could never happen!  Or ... maybe it could.  This journey has been all about learning to imagine the unimaginable.

Sorry for all the gushing.  I've gotta do it here or else my poor spouse and co-workers will have to hear it all day!  I am that happy this morning.

You have every right to gush!!!  Hmmmmm, now why didn't I think to do the 5-day pouch test to get myself back on track? I know that I have been guilty of not eating properly during the last 6-8 months, so that's why I haven't reached my goal yet, but things are getting better stress-wise, so maybe I need to try that during the week before Turkey Day. I'll have to ponder that one.  Congrats on getting back on track.

Hugs, Mari
