Yesterday was an okay day eating wise. I've done worse, but could have done better!
Today's plan: probably not a best...heard a rumor that a cake was in my future and no telling what else.
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed
chili for lunch unless I get something better
tortillia encrusted baked tiliapia for dinner w/ pintos

Blew my liquid diet last night as I got home from the gym and my mom had fixed me a piece of fish… didn’t have the heart to not eat it. So back to square one today…but I am down another pound so that puts me back to my ticker weight!!!!! So I'm back on liquids today and then maybe tomorrow I will start adding in soft protein for dinner.
Here's my plan for today:
B: Click shake
S: SF jello
L: oh yeah RTD
S: Believe RTD
D: ham and cheese soup
S: SF jello

Eating was odd and frequent yesterday. With entertaining 53 folks, there is not time to sit and eat. Now I have a gallon of potato salad and homemade rolls in my frig. Will have to do away with those after today.
My focus will be getting back to some strict compliance so I will be ready for my last followup with my surgeon on the 24th.

B-Oatmeal
S-Banana & Cherrios (for iron)
L-Smoked Pork loin & 1/2 cup rice
S-Protein Shake (planning a workout)
D-not sure yet.... likely more pork with salad tonight
Traveling again this week, but will have fish each night and that always helps with calories on the road...
