Wow...October has flown by and it will be Nothing But Nutrition November in another week. 

Yesterday was a funky eating day for me since we ate late breakfast.  I had some cheese dip and fritos between supper and breakfast.  Ate a little trail mix and my chili w/ a few fritos and some cheese.  I got in plenty of protein and more liquids than I have to have, but not quite as much as I usually take in.

today's plan:

lots of liquids, protein coffee being downed, Atkins shake, Italian, Mexican, or seafood for lunch for stepdad's birthday, haven't thawed for dinner, but I'll get Ben to cook something while I'm sewing his bell bottom jeans this evening. 

What's your plan?

My eating was bizarre yesterday.. including sampling the 'better than sex' corn I made numerous times!

But since I quit stressing about it, I"m down to 157.2 this morning.. that's like three pounds in 2 days. I"ll take it.

I will not stress over what i'm eating today. the menu includes bbq brisket and chicken, pinto beans, corn casserole and potato salad... lots and lots of potato salad! lol

Tonight, if I have any energy i will plan for the week.

Doing liquids yesterday wasn't as hard as I thought it might be.... lost 2lbs!!!!  It was so nice last night that Donna and I decided to walk outside instead of going to the gym.   However, after we take the kids to the pumpkin patch we are going to try out a class called Soul Groves... god help us as we have no idea what we are in for!!!!   So now onto day 2.

paige if you are doing all liquids check out the soup recipes on the 5daypouchtest.com site - the pumpkin saug one is awsome - I make it on a reg basis because Tim and the kids like it so well

have fun at soul groves - sounds like it could be really good or really bad LOL

Ok I normally dont post here but being out of the norm I really need to start being accountable for what I eat in a day.  My scale was up two pounds and I know its because of all the eating out we have done and the carbs...Yesterday we did not eat out and I cooked pork chops last night with scolloped potatoes and some corn.  Today will be oatmeal, Kashi Bar, Peanut butter crackers, lunchable of crackers cheese and ham, sf pudding, chicken, potatoes and peas, fiber one bar!  Does that sound ok?  I just dont know anymore!

Not even gonna TALK about yesterday.  I return to work tomorrow and will put a plan in place today for getting back on track.  I know I'm gonna start by making protein drinks and SF pudding.  Also need to defrost some sort of protein to grill and munch on during the week.  Better go open the freezer door and take a peek.

at this point I am just shooting for SOME mesure of control - did pretty good yesterday - thinking the bites of german choc cake this am were NOT well thought out - I did buy low sugar cake mixes and brownie mixes for the boys to make when they want to bake -if it's gonna be in the hosue it needs to be lower fat and lower sugar and if it cost more I'm just going to have to lump it or do with out - did make a big taco salad for lunch that had about half the chips I normally add and twice to 3 times the veggies - progress not perfection right

not eating on any kind of schedule right now - didn't relize how off we were till last night and K kept asking dinner was - I finally said look you have had 2 stuffed peppers, cake, apples. milk and pumpkin pie why are you still hungry, then relized all the poor kid wanted was for us to sit down together - he wasn't hungry
