Obedient October B2B Sunday
Wow...October has flown by and it will be Nothing But Nutrition November in another week.
Yesterday was a funky eating day for me since we ate late breakfast. I had some cheese dip and fritos between supper and breakfast. Ate a little trail mix and my chili w/ a few fritos and some cheese. I got in plenty of protein and more liquids than I have to have, but not quite as much as I usually take in.
today's plan:
lots of liquids, protein coffee being downed, Atkins shake, Italian, Mexican, or seafood for lunch for stepdad's birthday, haven't thawed for dinner, but I'll get Ben to cook something while I'm sewing his bell bottom jeans this evening.

But since I quit stressing about it, I"m down to 157.2 this morning.. that's like three pounds in 2 days. I"ll take it.
I will not stress over what i'm eating today. the menu includes bbq brisket and chicken, pinto beans, corn casserole and potato salad... lots and lots of potato salad! lol
Tonight, if I have any energy i will plan for the week.

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
not eating on any kind of schedule right now - didn't relize how off we were till last night and K kept asking dinner was - I finally said look you have had 2 stuffed peppers, cake, apples. milk and pumpkin pie why are you still hungry, then relized all the poor kid wanted was for us to sit down together - he wasn't hungry
