Well it is the weekend...always a challenge because so many of us are not on our weekly routine.  I don't eat breakfast most of the time.  Today my sister is cooking a big breakfast for our stepfathers birthday.  It's late enough in the morning it will be "brunch" for me instead of lunch.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed
Atkins shake or protein pumpkin iced latte later
chili for dinner unless we pick something else high protein

What's your plan?

I like "Nothing but Nutrition" for November.  Sounds like a good one to me!

I like Nothing but Nutrition for November also.  Good Choice.

I'm making a large pot of chili today, it has to simmer for 12 hours; new recipe (of course I had to add my touch to it, lol).

Started off bad...2 fried eggs, one bagel and 2 donut holes.  I'd better not eat again til Que's house, lol.  I need to get back to work so I have some sort of routine.  I've been so bad the past few days, I didn't even weigh this morning...I need some serious motivation, the holidays will be here before you know it.

Good morning all!!!  Starting a 5 day LPT today to see if I can jump start my weight loss again.  Really don't want to get another fill.  If you haven't tried Click yet you should.... very yummy coffee flavored protein powder!!!!   It really hit the spot this morning when I was standing out on the football field at 8am for a parade!!!! 

Plan for today:
B: Click protein shake
L: Oh yeah RTD
S: protein shake
D:  Cheese soup
S: Inspire protein shake
