My foot is okay- still hurts some, esp when I drive, but overall its better. I have alot of burning type pain instead of the stabbing pain I had before. The doc said it could be 8-12 weeks before I feel no pain, so one day at a time, one step at a time!

Michelle, everything is going to be just fine...cat, loaded van and all.  HE's watvhing out for you.  Prayers to you and yours. 

Thanks Tawnya, I know everything will be ok, just nerves acting up.  They always do before a move.  After today is over I think things will be a little easier.  I know God is in my corner!  Hugs!

good morning TMB

I am wide awake - at least 6 more days with my honey and I don't want to miss a single min of them - so I am wide awake while he is at PT now that makes tons of sence right? LOL

he found me good tunes on the computer before he left this am - agueing with the army over pay AGAIN - early in the week we had this huge battalion meeting, then broke into companys - so here we sit for like 90 mins with 50 plus guys and wives and kiddos and frist sgt is going on and on about how "THERE WILL BE NO UNRESOLVED PAY ISSUES THIS DEPLOYMENT" "I personally gurentee we will catch any and all pay issues so everyone is getting their correct pay while we are gone" and on and on and on - well I had it so pipped up "what about ongoing pay issues?" then told him and the capt and the rest of the unit (yes I probably did embarrass my hubby ) that they had taken an extra $300 a month OUT of our check every month since JUNE. The capt was not ammused, the first sgt was irritated and Tim's direct chain of cammand very defensive "we have submitted 2 pay inquirys plus a form DA something" well guess what we saw this morning - they pulled the stupid $300 AGAIN for Oct  printed it up for tim to take in at 9 and hopefully we can get it delt with - at this point they are screwing my Cmas trip - $1500 of backpay will almost pay for plane tickets home for me and the kids - anyhow after Tim leaves next week if it is not resolved before then I am going to take my nice little finacial power of attoney they had Tim sign and go throw fits till it's fixed - yes I will be nice and not yell but I may cry

ok rant over - sorry guys, just a lot frustrated over this right now
I am doing my orentation workshop for school and enjoying it - I think I am really going to enjoy doing school on line - Rach went to "school" yesterday agian and she has so much fun - my clingy little girl was climbing out of my arms and running to play as soon as we walked in the door

went to the gym yesterday and beat myself up and hurt so good this am

you all enjoy this weekend - remember to take care of yourself - you had your surgery to be HEALTHY so do what YOU  NEED to to be HEALTHY!!!
you know the drill water, protien, vits and exersize - remember adult beverages deplete your water and Bs so drink an extra glass of water and pay attention to how you feel

Good Morning and TGIF...

Only working until 1 today.  Got details to cover for the party this afternoon.

Went by my brothers yesterday on the way home.  I am borrowing some chairs and torches from him.  Had a nice visit and they are so looking forward to meeting my peeps.  They have heard a lot about you guys and are ready to understand what links us all.  You guys are getting a healthy dose of my family at the party.  Chris's inlaws are coming, you will love them.  Of course, I have a vision of all of them in one corner and the rest of us in another.  Feel free to share your stories with them.

I am so excited that this party is this weekend.  The anticipation has been going on for way too long and I am ready.  No Liz, I cannot think of anything else we need, but I reserve the right to change that after we set up this afternoon.  Chris is coming to help us today get it just right.
