I love the cool weather too. I have an early day today (leaving at 9:30 a.m) here at work and then it is off to my second career...professional volunteering...LOL. My BF and I along with another couple are leaving tomorrow for a weekend getaway. We will skip our usual football game tonight in order to get everything ready for the trip. Love the cooler weather, as long as I have a jacket and don't freeze!! Which is usually the case! I am sooooo looking forward to Que and Tom's party on Saturday. Are we supposed to wear a costume? I don't know if I can scare one up, but I'll show up even if I don't have one!!
Anyway, scheme training is going ok but there are some streets that I just can't memorize! I don't know why I'm blocking this! I made flash cards for the 407 items and am working with them while sitting in the stand by room. I'm only up to about 85 items right now so I'm not working with the entire pack, but I will have to be soon! Then when I pass zone 4 I'll have to learn zone 2! Ugh. All of Downtown Fort Worth!! Not looking forward to that. Maybe that's why I'm having problems. I don't really want this job!! I put in for one in the office but the bidding doesn't close until the 30th so I won't know until sometime in November if I got the job. I just hope I'm the senior clerk to put in for it and they don't take too long to qualify everyone that bids!!

Good Morning my TMB Family,
It's a very cold TGIF this morning. Only 45 here at Sheppard, and for some reason our heat has not kicked on. I sitting here in warm PJ's and a heavy sweater, hot cup of coffee in hand. Well today is the day...they will be loading all our stuff on a truck today and taking to Dover. We can check into TLF at 4:00 witch I guess is a good thing. We have one of the bathrooms full of stuff we did not want packed and have to figure out a way to load it into the van. Need to also go this morning and pick up the cat. We were hoping not to have to bring her back to the house but becuase I have to pick her up early and we cant check in till later she will have to come back here with us. I am so envous of all of you being together tomorrow night for the Halloween party. I know it is going to be a blast. I will be looking for pictures of all the Gouls and Goblins. Last word from Rebecca was that she was getting out of the hospital today and heading to Dallas tomorrow. Guess she knows what she is doing. Has anyone heard from Viv? I dont think I saw any posts from her yesterday. Hope she is ok. She has been in my thoughts a lot. Well not much else going on. Prayers this morning for those asked and those unspoken. Especially Viv and her family, Rebecca, Gaye as she recovers from surgery, all those looking for work, and any that are suffering from this terriable flu that is going around.
