Obedient October B2B Friday
Yesterday was a totally off eating day, never got to eat lunch, got the chicken strip I got on the way home hung and had to get rid of it 2 hrs. later, then had a potato later that made me dump!
Today's plan: (not necessarily my best)
lots of liquids
1/2 McD sausage biscuit (all sausage...chunck 1/2 biscuit)
Protein coffee almost downed
SF iced McD coffee
Lean Cuisine for lunch
chili w/ cheese for dinner
popcorn at homecoming ball game

Anyhoo - food plan has been inconsistent, but I'll re-dedicate and tackle with this week. Haven't been logging either, funny how those tend to go together.

Today:
B-Oatmeal
S-1 cup dry cheerios (for the iron...)
L-Leftover smoked turkey and beans or homemade chili
S-Protein shake
D-?? Not sure yet, but we're running errands
High protein day as I'm low for the week from what I can tell. Getting back to basics this weekend. My jogging on Saturday's is paying off as the body is starting to throw off more weight. Now, barely 2 lbs from my goal!!!
Best part, still losing after 2 years, who would'a thunk it???

I think I helped myself in that I am sooo stressed with plans for the weekend that I am on must lose overload and the stress is helping with the GAINING. I made an appointment to see my surgeon for 2 year bloodwork and followup (and goodbye since he's closing his practice). That gave me a date to work on. I just have to have that to keep myself going. BUT it gave me an out to just eat this week and get thru Sunday. Food was not great yesterday but I have been hungry!!! I am also in need of my b12 shot and will get that tonight. Last night I was so wiped I napped and laid in bed all evening.

ok so since I have been slightly obedient the past few days I will post! :) Today is day 3 of the 5 DPT for me but since the carbs were so bad I had to eat a piece of toast and a protein bar on day one (was too hyupoglycemic) so I am repeating another day of liquids today and will start day 3 tomorrow. Good news is I am down 4 pounds already. So my scale is happy!!!! It gets to LIVE LOL!
I need to go to the gym or at least a jog tonight. If I am not obedient today then tomorrow will be another liquids.....I am making myself do to consistant liquid days first. I HAVE to evict the carb monster from my house!!!!!!
