Thursday WLS Express
Good Morning. Another day just sitting around with my leg propped. Actually it feels a lot better today and the swelling has really gone down. I've got an appliance repair guy coming today to look at my refridge and dishwasher. It will be nice when they are fully functional again. The dishwasher works, water just drips on the floor.
Today is my 26th wedding anniversary. How Clay has put up with me all these year I'll never know. There ARE good men out there and I'm lucky enough to have found one. (Now if my daughter would just...), lol. Planning to go to Saltgrass tonight for dinner. We haven't been there in several years, yummy.
Praying for the rain to stop so Que'sa yard won't be a swamp. Finished getting everything for my costume yesterday so I'm ready. Peep time is right around the corner!!

Good morning all, and I do mean Good,
I'm so excited. I got my first letter from Josh this morning. He sounds so good. He's already passed his first fitness exam and his 1st swim test. Half of his division didn't though so the entire group had to do extra PT. He says he got ship watch instead of with his division which would have gotten him a promotion if he wasn't already an E3. Says it just makes him look good. LOL. This is just the pick me up I needed.
Good Morning OH Family!
I'm sitting here drinking my coffee and thinking how blessed we are to have each other. Yall know how I am about songs that pop into my head. And the song "We Are Family I got all my sisters and me" Prayers for our Jennifer's Eric and Rebecca. Not much planned today, just going to rest and chill (literally) before I go to work. It was raining so hard last night while I was at work I was starting to get a little nervous about working in a tent. lol For those that have ever been to Winstar it's hard to remember that it is actually a big tent. Well I better at least go make the bed. lol
Your loved!

It was so rainy this morning and now the sun is shining and it's beautiful. Go figure.
Nothin much aside for the big day on Sunday to think about. But I do want to say, that I did finally make an appointment with my surgeon for my 2 year check up. Yep, I know 6 months past due, but I did it. Will get my labs done before I go. And the appointment isn't for another month. but I needed to schedule it when I could take time off work. So it's the day before Thanksgiving. This will be the last time I see him because he is also shuttering his practice. I guess I am jinxed. So next year I get to find a new GP and someone for a WLS doctor.
Work is the usual but I'll take it. Much less stress for now and that's good.
Sending prayers for so many, especially Jenny and Eric, Rebecca and all those others recovering from surgery. Also to those hurting in other ways.
Becky
