Sorry I didn't get to post yesterday morning.  The internet was down at our internet provider and was off several hours and I can't access it from work!

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee-already downed
Atkins shake or McDonalds SF iced coffee
No idea on lunch...will be in Conroe/Houston for 2 dr. appts.
leftover beef medallions w/ sweet potatoes for dinner
SBUX

My plan is to not go insane with the Biot.. Box!  Eating is NOT bad and I am up more everyday.  I will stop now.

I'm up too.  I think it's the Arkansas eating catching up with me.  Today is my wedding anniversary and we're going to Saltgrass tonight and I'm eating prime rib. I will start today off with a protein drink to counteract what I'm eating later.  Have to keep it in check or I won't be able to fit in my leather pants for Halloween.
