Here's my plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed
Atkins shake
chef salad for lunch...already made and ready at work
roast beef/sweet potato for dinner

I almost fell out of my chair from laughing so hard when I got your text message yesterday. Yesterday was actually a good day for me. I was going through "carb detox." I made it through the day with only one slip up which was eating two milk duds. I know that I have not been posting lately but I have promised myself that I am too close to goal to give up now. I wish everyone who is on this daily journey to have the ability to continue successfully.
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
I didn't stick to my plan yesterday either. I had 1/2 an English muffin for breakfast, a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch (no groceries in the house) and FRIED shrimp for dinner. I had planned to have steak and grilled shrimp but hubby insisted on fried. Hey, I just realized, I didn't have ANY snacks yesterday~woohoo for me!!
So plan for today? I don't have any protein drinks made cuz my fridge died and I have no ice to make any so I guess I'll have a bagel with peanut butter for breakfast. Lunch: ham/cheese and coleslaw. Dinner will be grilled steak, hashbrown casserole and corn on the cob. Still too many carbs but right now I need things easy and convenient. I might have to make a Sonic run for a bag of ice if I can fit one in my freezer. I've got to have ice in my drinks.
Make good choices cuz fat clothes ain't pretty, lol!!

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
Scale is still holding at 159 and that is not where i want to be but I deserve it. I am going to avoid those damn potatoes tonight like the plague. We will be at church most of the evening, so that should help.
I must make my eating plan a priority again. Just got to get thru this week without too much damage. And thank goodness for that Lipo Express!
