My personal "Woo hoo" is that an old college flame is coming to Texas to visit me today!! The last time I saw him was 15 years ago (I weighed 230 then and am now at 145). I found him on facebook a few months ago. I am so excited!!

WOOOHOOOO for WOOOOHOOOO Wednesday!~ My WOOOHOOO for today is that in the 5 months that I lived with my son I didn't eat right, weigh myself, exercise, get enough water in or lose any weight, BUT I didn't gain a pound either!

My Whoo Hoo is that it is only 3 days to our big event. I think I have dealt with all the demons that have been eating at me for the party and now I am just excited. Still have some devil details to handle but for now I am feeling good about it. Thanks to all my friends and my hubby for making this easier for me.
Got a slow couple of days at work coming up not looking forward to that, but I know how to keep myself busy and make the clock turn. Been kinda stressful there with the end of the year looming, my little boss gets stressed and sh## rolls downhill.
Prayers all around, seems like the needs are getting a bit more intense and that requires more knee time. God loves us all and if I have learned anything in the last 3 years it is that TMB prayer warriors have a direct line to the big man.
Make it a good one. Rain Rain go away, I want a dry yard for Saturday!
