Mary is doing better today. Thank you for your prayers. It is still a little rough on her. She loved how affectionate Flyte was.
The Yankees lost yesterday. That was great! They play again tonight.
A good night for TV tonight for me. I get to watch last night's CSI Miami, followed by NCIS and NCIS LA. A solid 3 hours of TV. Tomorrow night I will get to watch The Good Wife episode that airs tonight.
Just so you know, you need to TAKE YOUR VITAMINS & SUPPLEMENTS and make sure you get your daily allotment of PROTEIN.

Meggie's mother received her pacemaker and is recovering well. She is waiting to begin her treatment for breast cancer.

Anne (Lalocaweta) - requests prayer that her son is accepted as a transfer student for UT Law School
Gina L. - pray for her daughter Nikki. She is 36 weeks pregnant and was put on bedrest last Friday. She is the breadwinner for the family, as her husband is a stay at home dad.
Jennifer - prayer for the sale of their house. And also for Jennifer as she goes to her new place of employment - whichever of the two jobs she ends up at.
Jill prayers for Coach Kaiser's family. He was found dead in his car, an investigation is ongoing as to the cause.
Kim (tennysonkw) - has taken a short leave of absence from work due to health reasons. It comes at a tough time since her spouse recently lost his job.
Meggie - friend Nancy passed away. Pray for Meggie's family as they offer support for Nancy's family.
Meggie's mother has breast cancer.
Vanessa (ButterflyReborn) asks for prayers. Her polyps have been diagnosed as "abnormal" but not cancerous. More tests forthcoming.
Vivian requests prayer for her son. His girlfriend was admitted to a county funded rehab program, and he is awaiting acceptance for himself. In addition, they were evicted from their apartment. Prayers for Vivian with the extra stress in her life.
Below is one of God's children that definitely need our prayers. This is one specific cases, we know there are others out there. Remember them too.
Gina J. - Pray for her 6 year old Marina, diagnosed with a terminal illness at age 2.

My dad got admitted into the hospital today. He has pneumonia.... and the believe he has H1N1. I was not all that concerned until I just heard from my mom. They are moving him to ICU now, because he is not responding to the breathing stimuli that they are giving him. Nothing is improving his airway.
I admit, up until now, I was concerned more with myself ( God what a narcasist ((SP)) I am). I was concerned with my recent surgery that I would be more likely to get it. But now.... I dont care if I get ill. I just want him to get better.
If you believe in the power of prayer... please pray for my Dad's health to improve.

Just a quick fly-by for me tonight. I'm in the Metroplex. I'm meeting with the tech company in the morning to try to finalize a deal. I called the president of the company yesterday morning and let him know that I have another offer to start a position on 10/26, but based on our initial meeting feel that his company and my skills are a much closer fit and if we could have a deal worked out by Friday that I would be available to come work for him. I'm nervous as could be, but using all of my positive thinking powers to believe that this is the right move for me and as a result it will happen.
My mom came up with me today. We didn't get here until after dark, but I did drive her by the house we rented. I'll try to take her by there again tomorrow so she can really see it. I spent yesterday and this morning packing like a fiend trying to get everything wrapped up in SAT.
Prayers for all who need them. Especially you and Mary as you deal with the loss of Flyte and for Rosa as the doctors diagnose her. Hopefully I'll have exciting news to share tomorrow afternoon!
