How do I post a picture from my album this is irritating me!!!

If you start from the outside of the photo and go across it to highlight it and then CTRL C to copy and CTRL V to paste in the post it should do it.

um..er..ok...like why can't they have a "push this spot to post a picture" for the technology challenged like me!!!! remember, I have the phone that only make actual phone calls!!!
