Obedient October B2B Sunday
Well...looks like Becky and I were the only ones who would join in yesterday...where is everyone? Maybe just taking off for the weekend. I have to get REALLY back to basics tomorrow. Today we have lunch at my sister's after church and Ben is home so we'll cook supper tonight.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
Protein coffee alredy downed
Pork piccatta for lunch...not sure what else w/ it
gumbo for dinner

I guess we ARE the only ones. I too MUST do btb tomorrow and until NEXT Sunday when I feed the masses. Scale is teetered with the same 1 1/2 pounds and on the high side, but I deserve it. Enchilada casserole and corn dogs are NOT okay to eat. Not enough water and protein sucked.
so I am defrosting some chicken and have some hamburger meat out as well. Will cook that up and do my plain eggs for breakfast. I need to clean out the carbs cuz I don't feel good eating all this crap.
Let's hope more show up today or tomorrow.

forgiveness is giving up the hope that the past could be any different
I was so busy yesterday that I hardly ate anything.... but I was really bad on Friday so that kind of balanced things out and the scale was back down this morning. I have not even given any thought yet to my plan today... just fixed the kids breakfast so I guess I will go back into the kitchen and start thinking not only about today but the rest of the week too!!!

I am here but so not doing what I know I need to be -
not a total loss for yesterday b/c we did grill so I had lots of protien -
sadly I also had lots (well by my NOW standards not what I used to eat) of fryed stuff as I was frying for the guys (did tell the boys to enjoy b/c I was not planning to fry agian till R&R in 6-8 months) so fryed foodds plus too much wine equaled to much fat and too much sugar -
I did get my water in early yesterday at least

protien shake
grilled burger with ww bun and lots of veggies (I ate half earlyer and half a little bit ago)
grilled brats and steak for snacking on plus lots of fresh fruit in the hosue - I love apples and oranges
lunch will be beans, eggs and cheese mexican style - I will limit my chips to a SMALL serving
dinner will be the grilled steak - stirfryed veggies and baked tators- will bake a small sweet potatoe for me
dessert will be nsa pumpkin cheesecake
and a shake before bed - MUST remove the sf cookies from the hidey hole in my headboard (I was hiding them from the kids - really)

I stayed busy yesterday and don't recall if I even came to OH. Just checking in now for the day; eating is going just ok for the weekend. I need to start logging my intake because I don't believe I'm getting in enough protein.
I'm hating the scale today, not due to eating (I don't think) but the ole female crap AGAIN! Counting down those days to say "good bye" to the monthly or I should say bi-weekly.

I've eaten like a PIG for the last week and I'm TERRIFIED to get on the scale tomorrow. My mother made us eat everything she had in the freezer and panty while we were there. I've actually been CRAVING a protein drink. Can't wait to get back to a routine this week. I'll let you know what the "damages" are in the morning.
