Obedient October B2B Monday
Back to the grind...need to cut out the majority of carbs I've been eating the last week or so. I know we can't totally cut them out, but need to do a WAY better job! I have to go see my surgeon for a near 4 yr. post surgical check up on Thursday, so that will help keep me on track.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed now
Atkins shake
chef salad w/ lite caesar for lunch
chili w/ cheese for dinner

I am up and have started the day off well
protien shake
litter of cl
half an egg with beans, sausage and cheese - and only 6 corn chips (counted out instead of just grabbed)
have another litter of cl ready and no clue for the rest of the day but I do have
grilled steak
grilled burgers
lf cheese
lf cottage cheese
clemintines that I need to eat and apples too
made the guys breakfast with potatoes in it and did not snitch even one - I dump on them but love them
did ok yesterday -ate a few chips and a few bites of cake - way to much junk food in my house right now but it's ALL going away when Tim does so as long as I am in control instead of mindlessly enjoying it I am ok with it
weight is one pound up from the bottom of my bounce so that is ok too
I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail
I've obviously figured out the secret to this weight loss thing...eat all the junk food you want. I swear I ate NOTHING BUT JUNK all week and only gained 1/2 a pound. We had to eat what was in Mom's freezer to "use it up" so I ate pork, ham, hashbrowns, bagels, muffins, cookies, cake and candy for a solid week. I only had ONE salad and one piece of fruit and yet the scale was nice. It must of been the fact that I was working from 5 am til 10 pm each night.
I have been actually CRAVING a protein drink. So the plan today is to make and freeze some protein drinks. I have sirloin steak and grilled shrimp planned for dinner and will have to figure out something for breakfast and lunch. I need to make a Walmart run. I think if I hold on to the cart, I can walk around the store. I'm so ready for some healthy food-WOW maybe I have made this a lifestyle change!!

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
I must try to do better. Have my hi protein cereal and Mootopia for breakfast. Lunch is sandwich with hi protein bread. Dinner will be some of the rotisserie chicken that we got last night.
I was way too low on my liquids and had one meal yesterday and it was CRAP. No excuses for this week.
