New Pic**** a lttle stall but all good !
I hit a little stall and for the life of me could not determine why. I realized that I stopped loosing wait when my wife came back from vacation. I thought long and hard and the only thing that came to mind was that maybe eating rice was the culprit so I stopped eating rice and increased my protein and got over the speed bump !!! I posted some pics and I my self am amazed at the difference .. I told my wife I was working on my wattle and she was like what is that ??? So I showed her what Wiki said = The red thing under a turkeys neck is called a wattle. It is not clear why turkeys have them but it is likely that they are used to attract the opposite sex and/or to scare away other male turkeys ..... hahahahaha lol
