So far the only good side to being down with the this flu like bug, has knocked me into Twoterville. weighed in the morning at 299.2 so yay me (and the flu gets some credit.)

Now I just need another 5lbs hopefully by Que's Party to be at the Century mark and 15 pounds total by thanksgiving to be under a 40 BMI.

Thank you all for your inspiration and confidence in helping me on this journey especially my wife Alissa who is sleeping ill on the couch, do not think she was awake more than 15 min yesterday.

Scars are like tatoos, but with better stories.
