Obedient October B2B Friday
Plans keep going awry...got another invite to eat out at our local Boys and Girls Club fundraiser last night...at least it was protein packed...ribeye for entree. It was really good. I ate green beans too and loaded mashed potatoes plus part of a little piece of cake. Had a lot more left on plate than I ate! I was on track other than the potatoes and cake.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
Atkins shake
Relay for LIfe fish dinner for lunch...fish and beans
Haven't decided on dinner...have to cook since Ben's coming home

No hotdogs today but that wienie was adorable. Emm thought so too. I still get into trouble eating late but it wasn't horrible. breakfast was the usual eggs and cheese, lunch was chicken patty with some cream of chicken sauce and peas. Not good but it's food. Dinner was at 9pm and it was a homemade quesadilla with corn tortillas and cheese. It was really good though.
Still covering at 158.2. Not what I want but...

I have not done so well the last few days. I won't go into details, there is no sense wagging the food porn in front of everyone and causing triggers for you all. Let's just say I've had enough already with the emotional crap that goes along with poor eating choices and I'm not doing myself any favors by continueing. I'm drinking black coffee now and I am back on track as of this very minute.

Hi Karla....my eating was TERRIBLE yesterday. I did run to a convience store in Dallas to try to get something healthy. Believe it or not....they had nothing !!! UGH I got smart popcorn and cheese and crackers that was about as healthy as they had. I am down 4 lbs today but it may come back on.....it is due to stress and not eating right. I am happy about the loss and as everyone knows...my weight just usually doesn't go down at all. I did work my butt off yesterday after my son went to Detox. UGH got to repeat it all today. Love ya !!!
