cottage cheese with an egg stirred in top with spagetti sauce n motzerella - nuke till done made in a prep bowl u should be able 2 eat this in 2 to 3 sittings
other ideas
yogurt or cottage cheese with either protien powder stired in or sf jello powder for flavor
cottage cheese with apple sauce apple pie spice n splenda
string cheese
sf pudding
refried beans ( ff from walmart taste ok) with cheese melted on top n some salsa
tuna salad, egg salad, chicken salad - all made with a small amount of reg or lf mayo a dollop of plain yogurt or lf sour cream n some relish
tuna drained well n mixed with salsa or bbq
try setting the timer n every hour have 1/4 cup of something n then 30 mins latter water then hour latter more food so that u r eating more often - if this does not totally go against what your doc says
