I know - I know......not suppose to do too many tv dinners.....but  I had one of these today that was actually really good !!   160 cal................

It was beef tips in Portebello Mushroom sauce w/ side of brocolli..............NO NOODLES...NO RICE........................

I REALLY LOVED THIS TOO !!   YUMMYYYYYYYYYYYYY

I love that one!  There is another that has asparagus and it's just the meat and veggies.  Hard to find but good in a pinch

Yeph - they are really good........

Now go - read the list of ingredients on the box (of which - if you are like me) you will not be able to pronounce at least half of them.

I have given up on frozen TV dinners - too many preservatives and added stuff. I am going to try and move back to fresh. More work, but better for us.

I ate one of those almost every day for lunch during my 6mo diet phase. If you put it all in a bowl and melt a slice of LF american cheese on top it's like steak tips, broccoli and cheese sauce.
