Foster Park Walk/Run

Foster Park Walk/Run Anyone want to walk/run this Saturday?? We will be meeting in South Fort Worth at Foster Park. Weather should be good and not have rain this Saturday so get your walking/running shoes on and come join us.

From I-35W, take I-20 west to the Trail Lake Dr exit (just past the McCart exit where we go to Rise n Shine). Turn right onto Trail Lake Dr. Continue north on Trail Lake Dr, turn left on South Dr. Foster Park is the first parking lot on the right.

Meet around 8:15. Start around at 8:25 am. Walk/run 35/40 min. (or 2 miles, whichever comes first), turn around and return to starting point. There are hills in you would like to do them.

JACK-Corbin doesn't have to be at wor****il noon, and would like to come, so he and I plan on being there.

I plan to be there with kiddo, unfortuneitly Alissa has to work so she will not be there.

We are headed to the lake for the weekend. No big plans.....just want to get away, smoke a brisket and sit on the porch swing or the dock swing and relax. I have my running shoes packed so I plan on running around the neighborhood. Will miss you all!

I am going to have to miss this week, have been fighting a bug and stress from work has not helped. Was hoping to feel good enough to go today but going to stay home and nyquilled up all day.
