Okay gals (haven't seen the Dude lately on here)...seems several of us are struggling with the carb monster in the last week or so.  We got to kick that monster out of here.  I got off track once again by eating another partial McD sausage biscuit yesterday...only 1/2 the biscuit part though.  I had sf iced coffee instead of an Atkins shake.  My sister invited me to eat for her birthday so I went out to eat.  I saved 1/2 my food for today at lunch.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee almost downed
Atkins shake
leftover Papa fajita nachos and sf russell stovers blueberry bar
chicken cordon bleu for dinner
hi-protein snack

What is your plan to get the big bad carb monster off your back?

Good Morning Karla!

Yesterday I was too busy being a chore warrior!  I ate a granola bar for breakfast, a small salad for a late late lunch and 4 nuggets for dinner. Crap! I forgot to take my vitamin yesterday!

Today I've had my coffee.  Granola bar and some oatmeal for breakfast I think.  Chili for lunch as well as my VITAMIN, liquids ofcourse.  a protein shake somewhere in the mix. A salad for dinner if not another shake!

I did better  yesterday, although I did have carbs I didn't need I keep my eating in control.  The scale is jumping all over the place I'm back down this morning, tomorrow who knows where I'll be.

I'm hoping and praying once I have surgery and get these female issues taken care of I feel better and I don't look to find a "feel good moment" with food.  One month from today, then recovery so I'm thinking by mid-December I'll be on a better track.

if need something extra have peanut butter cheese cracker,atkins bars and carrots
