Pretty tired today, short morning of sleep. The dogs and the phone woke me while Mary was at Bible study.
Tomorrow Mary has jury duty. See how that goes.

Anne (Lalocaweta) - requests prayer that her son is accepted as a transfer student for UT Law School
Gina L. - pray for her daughter Nikki. She is 36 weeks pregnant and was put on bedrest last Friday. She is the breadwinner for the family, as her husband is a stay at home dad.
Jennifer - prayer for the sale of their house. And also for Jennifer as she goes to her new place of employment - whichever of the two jobs she ends up at.
Meggie - friend Nancy passed away. Pray for Meggie's family as they offer support for Nancy's family.
Meggie's mother has breast cancer.
Vanessa (Butterfly Reborn) asks for prayers. Waiting for results of her endoscope capsule. Also requesting prayers for her other health issues, as well as her husband's. And pray for her success at her new employment endeavor (real estate).
Below is one of God's children that definitely need our prayers. This is one specific cases, we know there are others out there. Remember them too.
Gina J. - Pray for her 6 year old Marina, diagnosed with a terminal illness at age 2.

I have arrived in the Metroplex for the next few days. :)
I still haven't heard from the company I accepted an offer from, but I did hear from the other company today. They want to start negotiating salary. They sent me an email while I was looking at houses and I didn't get it until after 6pm. I'm going to call them tomorrow morning and get things moving. :) I know I'm impatient and I have to work on that...I'm just used to the speed at which I do business and expect the same from the rest of the world. I guess it's a fault of mine.
I think we found our rental home. It's across the street from my cousin and his wife. We're waiting to hear from the landlord, but if the price is right, we're ready to at least start the application process. I won't sign the lease until I know for sure where I'm going to be working and what my salary will be. We're looking at a few more houses tomorrow.
I'm very worried about Brown Dog and how he's coping while we're gone. Michael thinks Brown Dog and I are feeding off of each other's stress and that us being apart for a few days is a good thing. I hope he's right. If not, one of the gals I went to high school with is a vet and told me to try dosing him with 25mg of Benedryl twice a day. If that doesn't work, then I need to have our vet prescribe an anti-anxiety med. Hopefully the Benedryl will work. I was so close to cancelling our trip because I'm so worried about him. I just want to find us a home so we can all be together again soon.
Well, I'll probably be in and out the rest of the night. Have a good night. Prayers for all who need them.

I hear what you are saying about expecting everyone to work as fast as you. I got in some trouble when I was in the quality department because I was saying the rep should have done this, and this, and this. My supervisor explained not every rep is as good as George. Some do the bare minimum. Made me feel good.

Thanks for all the prayers for Nancy and my Mother!
Having a harder time than I thought I would over Nancy's death. I learned so much over the last year spending all that time with her and watching her die. The motician and her Gaurdian gave me the jewelry she was wearing when she died and I haven't taken it off since. it is like I have a part of her with me that comforts me!
Mom's pacemaker surgery went fabulous and she has much better coloring and her mind is working faster and sharper! Monday is her biopsy and my Good Sister (as opposed to the Evil Sister) is comming into town to be with us.
