Support Group At Memorial Hermann The Woodlands is Next Thursday!!

FYI....it was first posted that the meeting this month would be this week but it is NEXT week do to the special guest needing to reschedule.  It will be Thursday October 22nd at 6:30 pm.  This will be a Yoga demonstration and anyone is welcome to join us.  This group is open to all surgery types/ from all surgeons!!  The more the merrier!!!  We hope to see you there!!!  Please let me know if you plan to attend so we have a big enough room reserved.  We will be meeting in the conference center (behind the gift shop)

We had Terry come last year and do this Yoga with us and it was very nice.  And it was a big wow moment for me when I realized I could now get up from the floor (something that was impossible prior to surgery :)) So come by if you can!!!!  Wear comfy clothes!  If you are not able to get onto the floor she has modified yoga you can participate in.

I was so excited when I saw this thinking...oh boy...I can go...then realized in the last 2 days I scheduled 2 dr. appts. on Thursday the 22nd...one in Conroe at my dermatologist to get a shot in my finger that put me in severe pain for a day and a half last time I had it done and one in late afternoon in the medical ctr. for my rny 3.5 year checkup since I never made it to the 3 yr.  I did have labs drawn plenty of times though!  There's no way I could get back there...I wanted to get to go now.  Maybe November!
