Obedient October B2B Tuesday
Okay...my mind won't get in gear...hard to keep telling it what I NEED to do! My lunch choices were not good...roll, CFS and 3 Onion Rings...bad, bad, bad...at least I got good protein and the place doesn't "fry" the meat nor does it have crust on it...it's cooked w/ a press in a different way. I had some bread when I got home and then 1/2 baked potato w/ protein toppings later.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
Atkins protein drink
protein coffee being downed now
chef salad for lunch... have it ready to go
Tilapia for dinner

I did well yesterday, UNTIL I ate a Little Debbie cake last night. I don't know why I did it, I felt like crap after. The scale is down .5 lbs from yesterday morning. I want to see 130 lbs, I need to get my mind on track with that one.

I guess I did okay yesterday. Got in my liquids and bringing lunch helps with eating the 'right' foods. No cash to get anything else and no time either.
I did actually eat the same as Emm last night and that is rare. She picked a cheese manicotti family meal to cook. I could only eat one even though my mind said I could eat two. I realized that even after 2 1/2 years I still have my limits and I am grateful. I have been snacking on CRAP and never did that before. That snack mix that Emm makes with goldfish, peanuts, raisins and M&Ms! OY. Caught myself doing it while I was doing dishes and laundry. I need to find protein instead.
The scale was kind and I'm still at a monthly low. Cooked my pintos some more last night and they are nice and tender and tasty. Will have those with a scoop of homemade chili for lunch.

forgiveness is giving up the hope that the past could be any different
I got back on track last week and lost 4 lbs. Was hoping for more. But I'll take it. I have not had too much trouble sticking to eating right. Yesterday I had a weak moment and ate a handful of potato chips. Wanted pita chips but couldn't find them in the pantry so caved and ate chips. Back on track today.
