I ate what I wanted over the weekend and still maintained.  No damage done, so that was good.  I really didn't go too overboard.  I did walk a lot Saturday going to /coming from the football game and then at the CS mall, so that helped a lot. 

Today's plan...not necessarily my best, but it's an inservice day here for teachers:
lots of liquids
protein coffee...downing now
Atkins shake or McD Iced SF vanilla coffee
lunch...eating out...don't know
dinner: tilapia and a veggie

I gained since yesterday morning but I'm going to say it's water weight, I didn't do that bad this weekend and no way did I eat enough to gain 2.8 lbs over night or even from 2 days of eating.

Yesterday was ok, I did eat one small piece of cake at MILs, and really didn't find it enjoyable.

I need to work on breakfast foods, I'm wanting something salty for breakfast lately.

Today's plan:

Breakfast:  not sure maybe ham and cheese
Lunch will be gumbo

That's all I have planned so far, which isn't very good.  I need to do better on this.

Yesterday was a good day with  the exception of the smores....  yes I had 2!!!  And they were well worth every calorie, carb and fat gram!!!!!!  Sometimes ya just gotta live a little!!!!  Today I'm back on track and my plan is:

B: RTD shake
L: soup
S: protein bar
D: fish/salad
S:???

doing okay scale wise.  Actually down to 157.4 which I haven't seen in over a week or two.  Was very busy and didn't eat a lot.  What I did eat wasn't so great but I didn't overload either.
Today is my eggs,  lunch is chicken fajita with corn tortilla and my pinto beans.

dinner is still up in the air.

Hey girl.  Do you have a Kroger  close to you??  I got some meats at a great price this weekend and I thought about you.  I understand the budget thing.  My family lives on hamburger meat which isn't that great but when you can't afford much of the other meats real often you try and be creative. LOL  And needless to say I'm not real creative.LOL

Weekend okay, I'm exhausted... Helped someone move up/down stairs for hours AFTER I did my 2 mile walk/jog for the day....

Eating plan, not good with protein this weekend, but back on track today.  Traveling this week, but will be careful to log food choices and stay aware of intake for positive levels...

Scale - no change, holding steady, but good; right at goal.
