Need a Doc !!!!!

I wasnotified last weekend by postcard that as of the end of December my Doc was closing his practice. The options I was given were either to pick up my records or let them know where I want them sent. Is there any bandsters out there that know of a doc in the San Antonio or Austin area? I am a nurse so I am picky about them being clean when they access my port but I have been a good patient otherwise. I have also heard that there is a fill center in Austin. Has any one tried that?
