Obedient October B2B Friday
Today's plan: probably not a good one because we're having a meeting with early boss' day goodies first thing this morning, then funeral food for lunch, then football game/tailgate party for our hs game this evening. I should get bbq meat at that, so not too bad. May eat some popcorn at the game. I will get in my protein and liquids. I know I have turkey to eat that I'm taking at lunch.
What's your plan?
Hope it's better than mine!

Good Morning Karla,
We all have our "off days" but it my case it has been "off weeks." I have been able to significantly improve my water and exercise habits. However, improper food choices are still my nemesis. I am not eating a huge portion of the improper foods they are just carb heavy. I am going to commissary this weekend and stock up on the good foods and renew my commitment once again to this journey of reaching my ultimate weight loss goal.
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
My goal today is to not graze but anticipate the food choices aren't going to be all protein friendly. Popcorn at the game is a must, I have no will power for game popcorn.
The scale is down 1 lb from Monday hope I can keep it there throughout the weekend for our Monday Morning Weigh In.

I ended up having a carbfest yesterday too. I had a bagel with peanut butter for breakfast, a soft pretzel for lunch and grilled chicken with roasted new potatoes for dinner. I at least had protein drin**** cream for dessert last night. Scale stayed the same.
Today's plan:
Breakfast: bagel with peanut butter
Lunch: spaghetti
Dinner: ham and cheese, coleslaw.

My eating was okay yesterday. Did have some potato last night but my hunger wasn't horrible, so that's good. Scale is down .2 again, so i'll take it.
Today is lunch at work and it's bbq so I will try to eat just the brisket and beans.
I was going grocerty shopping today since it's pay day. but I paid bills this morning and I will need to rethink groceries - sorry, I've been saying it for weeks, but reality really hit today. gonna see if I can do beans and rice and rice and beans without the rice and HOLD steady with the weight. A new challenge but I can do hard things, right?
