Anyone have rny at ut southwestern?

How long did it take you to get a date after approval? And what was your experience like? Thanks in advance

Good Morning let start off by saying "No approval the first time" So start working on your appeal letter asap. I'm having sugary at Baylor but what I hear UT is a real good HOSP. God Bless & Good Luck..............

Approval will depend on your insurance.  I have BCBS and it took 30 days to get my surgery approved.  I know others that have been approved in just a few days.  If you havent' heard from your insurance in a few weeks just call and check on it.  I know my insurance people were very nice about letting me know where they were in my approval process.

Thanks I already have approval from my insurance i was just waiting on a date for the surgery and that came this morning. thanks again ladies

That's GREAT news!!!  There are days like today I miss being a newbie.LOL  There is so much excitement that first year.  Now I am into year 3 and there just aren't as many WOW's to get excited about.  So I am going to celebrate with you if that is ok.
