OK Steph,

I bought a package of the London Broil. We have a George Forman. Do you think it will cook well on one of those or should I use the broiler? How long do you cook for MR?

Yikes!! I started something here. Clay always cooks ours on the grill and I'm not sure for how long. I THINK about 6 minutes a side BUT I get the butcher to cut mine 2.5-3 inches thick. I tried to call him at work but he's not answering. I'll give you a shout when I find out. I think the George Foreman would work but I bet the broiler would taste better.

Google: "how to cook a London Broil" and it tells you exactly how to cook it for different methods. Couldn't get it to copy and paste for some dumb reason.
