Obedient October B2B Wednesday
Thanks Tawnya - for the information and support. It means a lot especially when I can't seem to give it to myself.
I am definitely going to spend some time cooking and my freezer is pretty empty now. So I will have room. It would be a lot easier to makes myself do it if it weren't, theoretically, just me to cook for.
My next hurdle is finding Emm some healthier foods to take to school. Her lunch is 30 minutes and there is NO time for eating there. There is no room for cold stuff. So it is whatever she can carry in her backpack till noon. She hates sandwiches so that knocks out a big option. Right now she is doing apples and peanut butter and raisins and peanuts and jerky and slim jims. Not great but it's also not fried junk.

I had my 3 protein shakes and vitamin. Ate 2 bowls of salad for lunch & dinner. Snacked on string cheese and a beef jerky. I probably could have done better had I drank more liquids during the day...oops!
I did go grocery shopping yesterday.
I have yogurt, applesauce and more lettuce for my salads.
So my plan for today is

AM Snack -Applesauce

L-Salad

PM Snack Yogurt

I thought that I did bad yesterday but I almost single handed unloaded my son's pod with all his belongings from Ca in it but got on the scale this AM and I was down a lb. I know that isn't much but I just can't seem to loose weight to save my life. Not sure what is going on with my body !!! UGH Anyway I will take any weight loss I can get these days.

Well, I'm sick again. Not sure we will ever get this crap out of our house. We're just passing the crud around. Anyway, not feeing like eating. Had very litle yesterday cause I have no taste buds, but forced in lean proteins and a shake. I also drank a ton of hot tea, water and watered down Crystal Light. Got on the scale this morning and up another pound. That's 10 pounds in 2 days...and no that is not a typo. I wish!! I'm trying not to panic over here, but WTH?! I can't even make a tight fist with my left hand.
The plan for today is this...
B: coffee/protein latte
S: raspberries w/ mootopia
L: spaghetti squash, baked chicken
S: grilled chicken (real stuff, no deli - trying to reduce salt intake)
D: tilapia, snap peas
taking extra vitamin c and drinking lots of green tea

I did good yesterday until my next-door neighbor brought me a bowl of her homemade bread pudding for dessert last night. And I ate it ... I ate it all ... and unfortunately it didn't make me dump. Hopefully she won't bring me anything tonight.

L - Chicken sandwich on 100 calorie whole wheat bread
D - Lemon Chicken with Olive and Ricotta
I made Pistachio Mousse for dessert tonight. Hopefully, it will help me resist anything tempting that comes along.

but today I woke up needing to take control of the situation!
I just made a homemade veggie meatloaf and placed it in the crock pot; that will be dinner; along with pea salad and homemade macNcheese for the kids.
I have had two cups of coffee with s/l and creamer
B-4oz of low fat cottage cheese with 1/2 cup cantalope
L-two things come to mind; protein drink or fresh canned salmon with seasonings
D-see above
Snacks; meat and cheese roll ups
water will start in about 45 minutes; plan on 68oz today
might take a walk later this eveing just to get out of the house
this is my plan; I'm sticking to it!!!

Very easy; I take lean ground meat or turkey with 1/2 pound ground pork; add chopped carrots, brocolli, bell pepper, onions, pimento, garlic, celery, and zuccini chopped. 1 cup of rolled oats; 1 can of tomatoe paste two eggs. mix together and mold into loaf and put into crock pot; the last two hours I add ketchup on top of the meat loaf.....the kids love it and I get them to eat veggies; I will say I got the idea off of Jon and Kate when she made her meatloaf...but I have always added rolled oats to my meatloaf.
