Wooooo Hoooo Wednesday WLS Express
Well it's great to be back on the boards... I took a hiatus for a while... to go out and live a bit... SO, my WOOO HOOOO for the day:
I've lost 4 lbs this week!! Yaaaay!! I'm so very excited... after I had lost very well, and quit smoking, I had regained about 20 lbs. I recognized the trend and started "back on track" to nip this in the bud....
Anyway, of that 20 I've lost 9, and I'm feeling fantastic... I have a goal to get down to 185... so here's my day. Should have done the protein in the coffee... but otherwise good. Will do better tomorrow:
B: Coffee
L: (4 oz) Grilled steak with raw cauliflower
S: (3 oz) Salted Almonds
D: - haven't planned it, I know I should, but I am going to choose carefully... I was very careful when shopping at the grocery this week... nothing in my house that is "bad" now... YAAAY for back on track!
