Okay, yes I'm too chipper for 4:30am but ALL ABOARD!

Good Morning Alissa & TMB,

I'm up and chipper too.  There is not much going on in my neck of the woods with the exception that the fair parade is today. I hope that you all have a beautiful day.

I love parades! I haven't been to one in a LONG time- have fun!

GOOD MORNING! How is everyone today? I made it through my first day back at the office. It went okay. I felt pretty good most of the day and then around 1:30 I realized all of the sudden I was exhausted! But I made it till 3-the end of my day. When I got home I took a short nap. Last night though I hurt my foot big time-I thought I'd ripped a stich or two it hurt so much. It feels okay today and I don't see any bleeding-though I have a ton of bandages on. I'll see how it goes today. Hopefully its okay. It hurt so bad I thought I was going to pass out. I got that tunnel vision thing and I immediately laid down on the bed to stop it.
So, what's new for you? What will you do to make it a terrific Tuesday?? I'm going to make good food choices today, esp since I can't exercise much. I've packed my lunch and some fruit so I have something to eat while everyone else eats cake as its our monthly birthday celebration today.
Well I have to get ready. It takes me so much longer these days to do that. Hope everyone has a great day today!

Whoa, Terriffic Tuesday!  Well, I had some car troubles last night and got it taken care of.  Both of my tail lights/brake lights went out at the same time.  There was condensation in there and BOTH bulbs blew at the same time!  Go figure.  Anyway, got that taken care of and realized that the new battery I had in stalled in July, had tons of corrosive stuff around the postitive post.  We went back to where we bought it and the manager was rude to us.  One of the workers there was nice and helped us but I'm going to complain about the manager.  The guy that helped us said the manager had been born without a personality!  Pretty bad when your employees are telling customers that!!  But the car is running good now.  Just got to get the check for repairs signed by the bank and get the top fixed where the tree fell on it!!  I keep putting that off, but I can't do that any longer!!

Still haven't heard about any of the jobs yet.  Keeping my fingers crossed, and everything else that's appropriate!!  Ya'll keep me in your prayers!  And if any of ya'll nurses are looking for jobs, I'm tellin ya, the VA is hiring medical personnel left and right.  Go to www.usajobs.com and search.  They're all over the place!!

Please don't do too much too quickly and hurt your foot !!!!   Jonathan had a good day at his job....although he said there will be LOTS of changes coming....some not so good either !!!  He is already saying one of the employees is going to loose their job eventually.   UGH Hate to hear that but I know it is his job to have the best staff possible to make his new store a success.     He said he made them clean all day long.   He said the store was filthy !!!   Guess the Navy drilled into him to  keep a tight shift,   I know I wouldn't want to work for my son !!   LOL   Love him though.   I have to go over to the house he is renting later on when his POD is delivered with his belongings from Ca.   Dread unloading it.....I will have to start by myself.   I have to make sure not to hurt my back and shoulders.   Anyway have a great day....mine already looks busy !!!

I know what I am going to do to make it a TERRIFIC TUESDAY.  I am only going to work half a shift on my full time job.  Then I will go home and get some sleep so I will be ready for the fair.

Very uneventful night.  They fixed my computer and I had to take two calls in the last 3 hours.  Can't take this hard work.

Good Morning Alissa and the rest of my TMB Family,

Ok.....today can only go up from here.  4:30, I am up.  We are under a sever thunderstorm watch until noon, my TV does not want to work. (can hear it bust just snow on the screen) so guess I will listen to the news, and then last but not least, Mark went to get Eric's medicine for his ADHD and the pharmacy was closed.  Cant send him to school without it so we will be there at 7:30 when they open, and then I will drive him to school.  It is a Terrrifffffficcc Tuesday though, cause everything can be fixed and in the big sceam of things it does not really matter.  I have Bible Study this morning and I am so looking forward to it.  Then maybe coffee with a friend if her and her family are no longer sick.  Mark has told me he does not want me in the hospital so if they are sick to stay away from them and I will.  Last year at this time I was really really sick with the flu and ended up in the hospital.  Eric will be 13 on Thursday.  My baby is growing up.  I have been having terriable fears that his Mom is going to come around and try and take him.  She and I have been in touch on My Space.  The addoption is iron clad but that does not keep me from worrying.  Guess cause I read on her My Space that she just got done fighting the State and was able to get her daughter back.  Ok need to put that out of my head and concentrate on the things ahead....a move in 27 days.  Yiipppiiieeee.  Did not do much of anything around here yesterday so that means double the work today.  Ok I guess I have whined on long enough.  Sorry about that ya'll.  For those of you who have asked, My wrist is fine as long as I wear the brace, and my hip seems so much better since I had the shot.  Still feel it when it gets cold but it will always be that way.  Prayers this morning for those in need.  Alissa, how is the foot doing?  Are you able to get around a little now?  I remember you saying you hired a car for today and tomorrow.  THe State should be paying for that!  Liz, have you had word on a job yet?  I will look when we get to Dover and see if there are jobs for you there and then you can come live with me!  I get tired of living in a house full of men sometimes.  Karen so glad you and Meggie are feeling better.  Keep taking your vitamins and protein!  Have a blessed day.  I love you guys.  Michelle
