Obedient October B2B Monday

I sure wasn't very compliant with my eating this weekend.  It's time to get back on target today.  I have salad made for 2 days ready for my lunch and leftovers for a few days for dinner.

I am down another lb, so am at -9 since the beginning of September, but am not sure how with what I ate.  All the yard work plus more calories may have helped me lose.  Sometimes I wonder if 1000-1200 calories is enough to lose for my current weight

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed now
Atkins shake
chef salad for lunch
roast beef with a few roasted carrots/potatoes for dinner
hi-pro snack

What's your plan for today?  Make it a good one!

Karla, I just posted on the Weigh in thread, my eating just hasn't been good.  I haven't been eating allot and the choices aren't the best.  Considering how last week went, I'm ok with the scale today.

We've been running everyday and I've just been doing.  I need more protein that's a given, so I'm going to do my best this week to focus on it.

Morning Lovely!

I made salad last night (just discovered Catalina dressing, thanks to the DH). At 8 am I will have my first protein shake, then granola bar for snack and my liquid.  Salad for lunch, cheese and crackers for snack, liquid and my vitamin. Dinner will be my protein shake. I am on a mission to lose 25 lbs to reach my 1st goal!

Have a wonderful day!

Blessings,

Nina

Good morning.     My weekend went okay.....considering I went to the State Fair on Saturday eveing.  I didn't do too bad.........james bought and ate it - I took 1 bite........it was cheaper that way !!  hehehehehe..............

I really liked the Fried Butter (glorified biscuit) was all that was.........it was good..........
Then I had the Chicken Fried Bacon -    it was  bacon rolled in a mixture and then deep fried..... That was dinner on Sat night................I had pistaccio's and pickles in my bag for the show.....but didn't eat too much of that either.................was cold and NOT hungry............

Anyway - today's plan:
I don't feel well today - not sure....I bought breakfast at Grandy's to go....low carb breakfast whi*****ludes (6) pieces of bacon and 3 scrambled eggs.   That might be breakfast if I feel like eating it AND lunch........who knows...........so far.......nothing is going in this stomach right now......

I made chicken sandwiches w/low fat miracle whip.............
NSA Applesauce
Apples and peanut butter
TV dinner of choice...........in freezer - not sure which one.....but they are there when picked....
Pickles
cheese
Atkin Shakes.........if nothing else goes in................I'll drink a couple of these today.....

((( HUGGGSSS)))))  have a GREAT day!!

morning,

Not sure where everyone is - probably running so late like me this morning. This weekend I didn't OVEReat by any means, but it did involve these cookies that Mom created and boy, are they good. For ME, having 4 is BAD, and i'm glad they aren't in my house.  Scale was actually lower when I got home yesterday than it was Friday morning, but I had my buttery buttery potato and porky beans for dinner.  So this morning scale is at 158.2 where I was Friday.

Today is english muffin with peanut butter and cheese.  Lunch is ham and cheese open face sandwich.  Dinner is still up in the air. Trying to limit my REAL protein and find cheaper alternatives. We will see how if my tummy agrees.

Ham and cheese sounds good Becky!! I just can't eat the bread anymore unless it's hard and crunchy like melba toast!  Makes me miss Subway!  I do better with the wheat bread toasted crunchy and hard but it still gets stuck at times so I don't eat too much of it.  How is Em? Give her my best. I think of the both of you often.

hey there girlie!!!

Emm is good and is nearly 15!  Boy does she show it!

The bread I must toast as well. I found this bread that is 35 calories and only like 7 net carbs per slice.  Works for me.  I can't do a regular sandwich and never really liked bread that way either. Since I had my 'lap' /stomach stapling 22 years ago and everything wadded up, I just avoid it. Unless it's very very dry.

Good morning Karla and all,

I did good eating all weekend.  Yesterday I had a grouchy pouch so I didn't have any trouble sticking to plan.  I haven't eaten anything yet today, but I'm going to take it easy.  And, since it's 10 a.m. and I just woke up, I'm going to have brunch instead of breakfast and lunch.

Coffee
Brunch - Sausage & Egg Sandwich
Dinner - Ham & Pineapple Kabobs with Salad
Protein shakes and bars in case I need a snack.

I think I'm going to bake something this afternoon.  I have a Pillsbury Low Sugar Cookie mix and a Low Sugar Lemon Cake mix.  I'll decide later.

Go out and make it a great day.

Don't you just love those Pillsbury low sugar options.  I dont' get them very often but it's nice when I am really needing something.  They are better for the family too.  I havent' seen the low sugar cookie mix.  I would love to try that.  The cakes seem to go to waste.  Now my family LOVES the brownies.  I will even get the low sugar icing and put it on the brownies.  It's just like getting those in the bakery.

I love them too.  I don't ice my brownies, but I stir about of cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips into the batter and add some chopped walnuts.  They are to die for!
