Good morning.  Ben stayed home last night and will get up in a few minutes to head back to College Station.  I am going over there next weekend for the football game.  I have a lot of stuff to do at home in between tonight and Thursday night.  It will keep me busy.

Lots of paperwork today to get ready for a day full of ARD meetings tomorrow.  I have a couple Wed. and one or two Thursday...I think 10 total this week.

I found muscles in my lower arms that I never knew I had from weekeating/blowing the drive on Saturday.  Wow...are they sore today.

Alissa...hope your first day back isn't too hard on you.

Prayers for all who need them.

Have a great day today!

Karla

Good Morning!  I wasn't on the board at all this weekend, busy running around.

We have had rain all weekend again, last night I woke up 2 times because the rain was so bad.  I know some of you in Texas want rain, we have had enough.

I'm so excited about today.  I actually hired someone to come clean the house, I keep trying to keep it up and I cannot we just have to much going on.  So today begins my "let go of control" and the cleaning crew is going to do it for me, lol.

Busy week again with football and work and hopefully another 1-2 of my notary jobs.  Work is still there, lots to do and I'm being thankful as I see more people get laid off.  Yes it isn't always good, but it has it's perks also.  Focusing on the good in life and doing my best to stop the negativity.  I'm feeling better about that.

OOOO-I'm SO JEALOUS!! What I wouldn't give to have someone come in and clean twice a month. I'd give up eating out if I could have someone come and clean-that's how badly I want it-esp with me being injured, the house looks bad and its driving me crazy. And Bryan is certainly busy enough just working and taking care of us! Maybe one day. I'm glad you are doing this-you def have enough to do in the day!

Alissa,

Maybe you can do just that!  Tally up what each 'out to eat' costs and see how many you can do without so you can get some help. Even if it's just once a month to start.  I cleaned houses for years for extra income and I know the relief the women felt not having that over their heads was well worth the pay they gave me to do it.

I got a ton of homework done yesterday so my week is not starting in panic mode and that is always a good thing.  Unfortunately, DH is now down with the bug DD had week before.  I got the clorox back out and am avoiding him like the plague.  Poor baby.

So what in the world can cause an arthritis flare up?  Weather?  Food?  I'm up 9 pounds this morn and I haven't been eating more or exercising less so I know its not real weight fain.  Plus, my hands and feet are swollen and kinda stiff and painful.  Strange!  Usually this happens in hot humid weather, not cool, crisp.

On an up note, I want you all to know how much I admire each and every one of you.  You are winners in my book.  I love your spirit and can-do attitude and I am lucky to have you in my life.

Make it a great day.  HUGS

Don't be leary.  So far it's been time consuming, but not difficult.
