BBQ with friends this afternoon
laundry n house stuff and hopefully fall decorations and my nice new american flag FIL got me the nicer one I wanted but was not willing to spend the money on :) yep getting spoiled this week
and Tim brought home flowers last night - going to miss him -will have to buy myself flowers for the next year but I tend to not get roses for myself

Good morning. I have to teach SS today and then go to church. We're coming home and I'm planning to dust and clean the bathrooms today so I don't have to do that during the week. Ben and I may make some shrimp/sausage gumbo this afternoon so will probably run by the store to grab a few things.
Ben said he's not going back to Aggieland until tomorrow. I'm going over there to tailgate next weekend so will get to see him again next week. He seems to be settling in a little more.
I think the Aggies forgot to show up at the stadium last night...must have been imposters playing Arkansas! My BIL said they should have stopped after the first couple of minutes of play.

Ben said he's not going back to Aggieland until tomorrow. I'm going over there to tailgate next weekend so will get to see him again next week. He seems to be settling in a little more.

morning,
Been up since 5:30 on and off when the weather radar went off with the alarms of flooding. My goodness it's been a wild ride here. It's a mixed blessing I suppose as this could be almost a drought buster here but it's really dangerous right now. Daddy has gone in to church to teach Sunday School IF anyone shows up. Mom and I are still in pjs and decided to stay home. Emm is still crashed after working till after midnight on her Europe project for World Geography. And Madeline is hiding under Grandmommy's feet and following her everywhere. Petrified of the storms.
I had planned to run to Yo *** to grab some groceries before we headed back to NB, but I don't know yet. Oh now Mom says we should go to church, OY, so I need to find my presentable self.
So for those *****member, it's been a year today and I wonder if it's been like the Eagles song, "all been wasted time". I am good though and that pain isn't there anymore. Resolution finally? let's pray it is. Debbie T, Gina and Terry T, you always had my back and I am so thankful. My other peeps, thanks so much for tolerating all the weird texts. I am gonna be okay.

BECK-hard to believe it's been a whole year already, but guess it HAS been. It was when Chris's team ws being whooped by Stephenville (that's the game you went with us to), and they are scheduled up against them next week again..so..yep..it HAS been a year already!!! Hang in there, my SISTER...we know God has a plan--in HIS time..His ever so slooooooooow time...
